Anne Dhir, PhD, Psychotherapist
Ms. Dhir holds a Bachelor’s degree with specialised honors in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Adult Education and Counselling Psychology and a Doctorate degree in Holistic Education with focus in Metaphysics, Education and Psychology from the University of Toronto.
Anne is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, a certified member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists, a certified Therapeutic Touch Practitioner and a National Level III Certified Coach and a founder of a health organisation that has been operating for several years.
She has been involved in the area of wellness for over 20 years as a counsellor, coach, academic mentor and mental health professional and has facilitated numerous workshops on well-being during this time. Among various approaches, her passion lies in Mindfulness Integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MiCBT), Existential Therapy and Neuroplasticity.
Anne focuses on adult, youth, couples and family psychological counselling in clinical, educational, organisational, criminal settings and private practice. As a Eurasian she is adept to ethnic diversity.
