“A focus of my work over the years has been the opportunity to provide counselling and therapy for police officers and their family members from various police services. One of the rewarding highlights for me is the unique, confidential weekly support therapy group for police officers, active or retired, from various police services.  The group, known as the H.E.A.R.T. (Heart) group I co-founded with an officer from Toronto in 1999 and I continue to facilitate the Heart group and provide counselling and therapy to its members”.
