Vaishnavi Nadesu, M.A., CSAT.,

Ms. Nadesu is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree, specialising in Psychology from the University of Toronto. She has completed a Post-Graduate Certificate in Addictions and Mental Health Counselling from Durham College, a Masters of Arts in Psychology at the Adler Graduate Professional School and also completed a Certification in Sex Addiction Therapy from the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals.

She has worked with diverse clientele and has a significant understanding of cultural differences. She has experience working with individuals presenting with depression and anxiety, sex addiction, substance abuse, trauma, gender, anger management, relationships and self-esteem concerns.

Vaishnavi also offers assessments under the supervision of a clinical Registered Psychologist in the following areas: Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), Immigration, Psychological and Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB).

She believes in taking an empathic and eclectic approach to counselling, incorporating strategies and techniques from various theoretical approaches to suit the needs of each client.
